Background – Shruthi moved from Melbourne to Colac in February 2023 to start working at Otway Medical Clinic. She previously worked as resident doctor in Monash Health and completed her Certificate of Women’s Health through Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetrician and Gynaecology.
Special Interest – She has a special interest in Women’s Health, Paediatrics and Chronic Disease management. She can provide contraception advise, post/perimenopausal hormonal replacement therapy, insertion, and removal of Implanon, pre-conception counselling and antenatal care till 2nd trimester and provide medical termination of pregnancy. She has also been appreciating the holistic and continual care she is able to provide her patients.
Hobbies – Shruthi enjoys travelling, going to concerts, Bollywood dancing and binge-watching shows on Netflix. She likes to go on her daily walks and do yoga. After a long day, she enjoys cuddles and playtime with her cat, Casper. She is always looking out for a good board game to take to her next games night with her friends.
