Our clinic recognizes the importance of good mental health as an integral component of health and well-being. Doctors at our clinic are committed to provide equitable access to care for a range of mental health issues across various ages and stages. We aim to manage mental illness using a multi-tiered stepped care approach based on the complexity of presented condition. Using holistic, person-
centred approach we perform comprehensive assessment, provide relevant treatment, or facilitate referral and engagement with other psychologists, psychiatrists, counsellors, and other specialist agencies for specific or complex presentations.

Mental health issues can include both everyday issues and more serious concerns such as Stress and anxiety; Depression; Sleep issues; Grief and loss; Trauma; Eating disorders; Addiction; Anger Management; Bullying; Isolation and Loneliness; Relationships and sex; Self harm; Suicide; Psychotic disorders; Personality disorders and others. It is advisable to book a long consult (30 min) for initial consult, during which doctors will assess your conditions/needs and determine the need for a follow up consultation to create mental health care plan and referral to psychologist or psychiatrist. A mental health care plan will entitle you to a Medicare rebate for your psychology consultations.
