Doctors working in the clinic provide care to the residents of the three local Nursing Homes by providing visits to them on specified days. We feel that continuity of care is paramount for good health outcomes and once our patients have decided to stay at a RACF that shouldn’t preclude them from getting care from the doctors at the clinic.
