GPs at our clinic are skilled to manage various areas of women’s health using comprehensive and holistic approach. We understand that the health needs for women are different than men and that women experience more of the total disease burden due to living with the disease for longer time. We therefore recommend females in our community to be proactive in performing routine health check-ups (cardiovascular, diabetes, musculoskeletal, others), gain information and awareness and prioritize pap smears, breast screening, and other reproductive examinations as per doctors’ recommendations. Specific services include-

– Preconception and Pregnancy Care
– Family planning and Contraception – including Implanon insertion/removal and prescribing Oral Contraceptives.
– Menopause/Peri Menopause management

– Sexually Transmitted and Vaginal Infections
– Medical Termination of Pregnancy- provided by Dr. Meenal Joshi and Dr. Shruthi Venkatesh
– Mental Health Issues
– Incontinence issues
– Assessing and providing support for domestic and family violence
We also offer Health Assessments (45-49 yrs) and Heart Health Checks to help with prevention and early diagnosis of disease.
